About Us
Misty Hollow Extreme Adventures
Nestled in the Tennessee Valley area of North
Alabama. We are dedicated to the enrichment of
individuals, families, and groups (corporate and
private), through an extensive hands on approach
(experiential education) to gaining a better
understanding of our abilities, our vices, each other,
and our place within nature. Through perseverance
and challenging our spirit we can become greater
individuals, therefore better leaders and fill our lives
with accomplishments and self confidence.

Thanks to all the 2008-2009 campers and individuals who make our
outdoor activities reach far beyond just having fun. We are excited to
announce that Misty Hollow is undergoing change. We are looking more
toward the future of children with desperate needs. With this however,
we regret to inform our guests Misty Hollow Adventures will not be
operating "for profit" business. We understand the need for outdoor
enrichment and will do what we can to continue to educate children and
offer a place to explore, while restructuring this endeavor. We may be
able to offer our expertise based on an individual and selective basis as a
resource for you should you have the need. I sincerely hope you continue
your growth in overcoming obstacles, as we do here as well.
If there is anything we may help you with, please do not hesitate to ask, we
will do our best.
We hope to continue offer charitable service to those who have a need.
We are happy to work with Scout Groups, and other Not-for-Profit
Organizations as a volunteer resource.
Thank you for all you do to support outdoor recreation. We look forward
to making a bigger difference where it is needed most.
We know that many of you enjoy events at Misty Hollow and we will
continue to offer events in the future of which will benefit our mission and
purpose such as our pumpkin patch, concerts, guided outdoor recreation
and many other things we have in store. We strive to be an organization
like no other in fulfilling the needs of our patrons for the needs of our
future, the children who so desperately need help.

periodically as we will update you on our current fund drive events and

| Misty Hollow is turning focus toward a new mission. We are proud to contribute and provide comprehensive services support, and safe homes for children in need who have been sexually, physically, and emotionally abused or neglected, as well as establish help and resources for victims of sex trafficking in the united states. Our mission is to raise funds through our Non-profit Organization to provide a comprehensive facility to meet the needs of the emotional, physical, behavioral, and life needs for these children. Every child deserves a loving and caring environment in which to grow. The Development has been in the process for several months and this year, we are finally reaching our reality. Our Board of Directors is taking shape and we look forward to growing and accomplishing our goals together. We have received item donations to help get the program off to a start as well. Our completed goal will be outlined later as the organization develops into fruition. We are so excited to begin to reach those children who have never had the opportunities Misty Hollow has provided for other children and families in the past. As time permits we will have a host site for Misty Hollow Child-Safe Ranch and developments, but for now we are happy to share with everyone our commitment to children and teens with our community and supporters in every avenue possible. Thank you for your continued support for outdoor enrichment and we hope too, you will join our efforts to help the children who do not have safe homes in which to live, a safe environment in which to grow and excel, or a family to go home to. The statistics of the number of children waiting for help is staggering folks, as our site develops we will post the numbers, please don't just turn a blind eye to these children.
